AGENCIA JAPAN CO., LTD. (“the Company”) establishes a Basic Policy for Protection of Personal Information, creates a system for protection of personal information, promotes the protection of personal information through efforts to make all employees aware of the importance of protecting personal information as follows.

1. Management of Personal Information

   The Company shall take the measures necessary to keep the personal information of customers accurate and up to date and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, corruption, falsification, leaks of personal information, etc., including by maintenance of a security system, improvement of the management system, thorough training of employees, etc., and the Company shall implement security measures to ensure strict management of personal information.

2. Purpose of Use for Personal Information

   The personal information provided by customers shall be used by the Company to contact customers, provide business announcements, and replying to questions by e-mail or by sending materials.

3. Prohibition of Provision and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

   The Company shall appropriately manage personal information provided by customers, and will not disclose personal information to third parties in any cases except the following:
   ・Cases in which the customer consents to the disclosure of personal information
   ・Cases in which the Company discloses personal information to an outsourcing company for conducting services that customers desire
   ・Cases in which disclosure is required by laws or regulations

4. Security Measures for Personal Information

   In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, the Company has taken thorough security measures.

5. Customer Inquiries

   In cases where a customer wants to make inquiries about their personal information or to have their personal information revised or deleted, we will comply upon verifying the identify of the customer in question.

6. Compliance with Guidelines and Regulations, and Reviews of Policy

   The Company shall comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other guidelines applicable to personal information that the Company holds, and it shall appropriately review the details of the policy and strive to impove the policy.
